In these situations it comes down to hull depth and X dimension.
The bravo legs are too deep o truly perform on the Donzi hull, as are the TRS andVolvo drives. The leg is too long and the prop is too deep. It takes a super short leg like a BH to achieve the proper prop shaft ht.

The Motor mounts higher in a Superboat so it achieves a proper prop shaft ht w a Bravo and doesn't benefit from a black hawk

Best 21-25 ft boat?? My old 22' Talon! 2-strokes on nitrous.... what a blast I had with this boat! Not an offshore boat, but the ride was nice and the acceleration was incredible....

Good info, thanks. I have a feeling that the test report I saw was the same exact boat, just with the leg swapped out. So, the BH was not at it's most efficient height.

PS, get a 25 Daytona and then there will be 3 of us to play tag on the Muskoka lakes this summer. :)

Hey Sean,

Don't ya love it when an " expert " like that hijacks a thread and sticks his foot in his mouth. LOL :D

Not sure just what to get for the lake. Considering a 28 Nordic Heat might be fun. Funny you mention the 25 Daytona cause I actually thought of a small cat. That would be a blast and quite different from what I am used to. :D
