Marathon Boat Race

You guys who've been to the Marathon SBI/APBA races before......wheres the best (reasonable priced) place to stay.....where is the best place to view the races. Anything else I need to know about going there? Been to the keys many times but always just pass thru Marathon. Thanks for helping.

I stay at the Blackfin resort , nice little place marina, ramp, etc. Not the RITZ but ok.

I have only stayed at the Sombrero.

They have motel rooms and condos at reasonable (less than $200) prices at that location minutes from dry pits and wet pits and viewing areas at the foot of the seven mile bridge.

It is also the place where they have a Tiki, Italian restaurant and the site of the capsule training..There is also a inner coastal that is right behind the condos with a great view..
