I have State Farm 2mil umbrella and yes it picks up after the 300K liab on the boat.
We had a accident here 2 years back when a 30yr girl hit a 42 Fountain, the fountain was sitting still in nowake zone, anyway girl died and the owner of the Fountain is still being sued, all the girls fault but hey its america you can sue anyone for anything. Oh by the way the seadoo to my knowledge never had insurance either. Seriously man think this over hard. WILL |
Re: liability only insurance question ?
Lucky Strike, contact American National Property and Casualty Ins. co. They will want all your business, home, cars, boats, and Umbrella. The whole ball of wax for me was cheaper than boat only ins. Joe Murray

WILL If his boat sinks, burns or is stolen he SOL. To run with out liability coverage "should" be illegal. If you want to run without comprehensive/collision and can eat a total loss, I dont know that I would do it, but thats up to the individule. |
Re: liability only insurance question ?
[QUOTE=Tantrum]I think what cigarette275 is asking is if he can go with liability only, in that case he would be covered if someone was injured or killed and came after him.
If his boat sinks, burns or is stolen he SOL. EXACTLY |
