TOPPS (TEXAS OFFSHORE PERFORMANCE POWERBOAT SQUADRON ) is a private boat club with 2 divisions in the Houston area. TOPPS-clearlake based out of Clearlake Texas and TOPPS -Conroe based out of Lake Conroe. If you are intrested in membership drop me your fax no. and Ill send you a membership application.
Basically you will need a high performance boat, a sponsor from within in good standing , insurance on the boat , and the safe boating course .
