Looking for an f650 Truck
I guess from the info I have been given by other OSO memebers, my Excursion I just spent 6 weeks building will never be a good tow vehicle for the new boat. Anyone out there sell or have any connections with anyone who sells New Ford F650's? I was looking at c-4500's but I think the Fords are nicer (in my opinion). I will consider a used one in perfect shape. Please let me know.

used one in perfect shape, here you go. can be delivered to your condo this afternoon.
this one has 12k miles, satellite radio, roll and lock, spray in bed liner, 24.5 Alcoas as opposed to 22.5's, alarm and remote entry. Cat engine, air brakes, etc. girl included if you don't like this one let me know, I will put you in touch with the secret source. there is lots to know about these before you purchase one, there are some very bad conversions out there. |

Re: Looking for an f650 Truck
Lube Jobs,
We Use A Pair Of F650 Rollbacks For Transportation Between Our Car Lots And Have Found The Trucks To Be Solid. They Get 8-10 Mpg, Have An Excellent Ride And Have Only Given Use Problems With The Brakes. Apparently, Ford Has Had A Service Update On The Front Brake Calipers. We Went Through Our 1st Set Of Rotors In 10k Then We Had The Front Caliper Slides Updated And We Are Seeing Over 20k Out Of The Brakes. The Cummings Diesel Is Trouble Free And We Are Having Good Luck With The Allison Tranny. Good Luck And Post Pics Of The New Ride. |
Re: Looking for an f650 Truck
Why can't anyone make a bed that fits these medium duty trucks well? I love the trucks, but the beds look awful.

Manning Conversion, one of the least desirable. |

I got mine from f650supertruck.com Start at about 94K for cat 7 deisel , dually tires, then you add on options, super single tires, dual 107 gal surgical stainless tanks, sunroof, air seats, rear slider, sliding bed cover ect ect. After researching many I found Chris's trucks to be the best version.
PM me if you want more details. Paint is by Mike Lavalle of killerpaint.shown actual size. |

Re: Looking for an f650 Truck
How soon are you looking to get one?
Dodge is releasing their medium duty truck soon with that 6.7L cummins :D Will be available with 750 to 1250ft/lbs :D I've also wondered why nobody has built a normal looking bed for these things. They do look silly with a 2ft gap over the wheel wells. Guess it must be due to the tall frame and trying to keep the bed/cab lines matching. :( |
