Default I'm Looking For One of These - How Did I Miss This One????

I've been looking for a second boat for a while now (keeping one in Fl. and the other here in Houston) and have been considering a Skater, as a second choice to a Cigarette Maximus. I was "told" there were only 4 built and now I see this one SOLD!!!!

From speaking w/ Phil @ Lip-Ship, I understand that neither Tom A. and Rick are interested in selling theirs. If anyone hears of one for sale, or coming up for sale, I would appreciate a call. I'm appx. 3-4 months away from buying a Skater from someone that I know, as he is in the process of having a new one built for himself (that is, if we get together on price - which we are close).

In advance, I appreciate your eyes/ears. The Maximus is my first choice. Here's a pic of the one in the classifieds.

I believe, there have only been (4) built. Tommy's, Rick's, that one with 1075's (which is now in Japan), and one in the NE with the "concept" style cockpit.

The original that is white with black and red graphics; with the concept center seating position and lift up center dash section is still in Maryland. The folks at www.offshore-performance.com know the boat well. The owner of OP, Bill Proctor was the original owner of the boat. I don't know the current owner of the boat, but if there is any info to be had, the folks at OP can get it.
