Interior cleaner
Talking with a guy that redoes interiors a couple weeks ago about cleaners. He pulls out a bottle of Westleys bleach white. The stuff used for your white wall tires. BTW it worked great on what he showed us. Also says in the fall, to rub baby oil into the interior to replenish the oil lost during the summer sun. It will soak in by the spring with no residue. I always just used a vinyle/leather cleaner with a soft bristle brush, followed by 303 UV sun protectant. Just curious on the bleach white stuff.

Iv'e been using it for years. Also BLACK STREAK REMOVER works great on a lot of stains in gelcoat.

Anyone using the orange citrus hand cleaner stuff on their white upholstery yet?? I here that it turns the vinyl like new. Of course, following it up with a conditioner.

I have used the orange stuff with mixed results but I do know that it will eat wax.

Jerry, I've been using a mild mix of SimpleGreen and water to clean and the Aerospace 303 stuff to protect. Has been working great so far. And Im VERY picky about my seats!!

I've used the bleach white for years....but still cant find anything to cut spider sh*&....

For really stubborn stains use a small amount of acetone, but be careful. It will remove most stains even the spider poo.Test first !!!

I use Clorox cleaner with bleach.Works great on all the vinyl.Gets it all clean and superwhite.

Learn something new all the time here. Just the thought of any bleach by product seemed harsh. Used the simple green on the swim platform to rid the exhaust stains, never tried it on the interior.
Thanks |
Carefull acetone will damage vinyl and will also remove coloring.
