Sorry, but I can't see myself spending $85M with someone who doesn't know that "area" doesn't need an apostrophe to be made plural.

The only bad thing about having a yacht of that size. Is the fact that you can't get into most of the ports for the exotic locations. You have to dock at the commercial ports which aren't the most beautiful of areas. The most I would go is 200' with a crew(Trained Crew). That would allow you to get into most of the ports. I would say around 100' without a crew(Just Friends).
