Stats for those hard core offshore racers
I put this page of numbers together and though some of the racers might find them interesting.
I have never done anything like this before so if you have some positive input, I would appreciate it. I make some BIG assumptions, and its just my opinion. So don't go crazy people.

Dave intereasting information for someone looking at building a new boat. As you said more information will tell you more. The one thing this doesn't take into consideration where the weather conditions that held some teams away from some of these sights due to the big water, and Sept.11 It was amazing to have as many boats in St. Pete as there were after that

Thanks for the remarks.
With P Class being 1/3 of the racers, it is now getting the attention it deserves. Mike has given them TV time to boot. At Sarasota the P4 & P5 start was 16 boat wide. It makes for good clean racing with lots of competition. Remember this class is only two year old.
If someone has a contact at SBI that can get me the points breakdown, I will do that one too.
