Hey man , i can't call your area code from here Big Brother must have a lockout on it.
Lenny just told me that he is have a problem getting the pinion gear off. He said that there was only one other lower unit that he could not get apart. So basically if he can get it apart it will be around $500 and if he can't then You will need the housing. He hasn't given up yet though.
I'm out of here and heading up north so I will try to get ahold of you either later or next week.
