Believe it or not, that price is about right.
He has quite a bit of waterfront footage, and it's a nice size duplex.

Our property about doubled in a little more than 2 years.
FL is crazy.

The rental income wouldn't pay the taxes and insurance for the year. Today's valuations don't work on rental income.
