Re: Cool Vid!
Damn! There's some mad skillz right there!

Re: Cool Vid!
how the hell do those guys know where to go. Like there is no rhyme or reason to their track.
Thats amazing. The steering ratio must be one inch to 25 degrees of the rudder turning. Thats COOL! |
Re: Cool Vid!
Never quite understood that sport....

Re: Cool Vid!
The navigator has to keep track of the turns and hand signal the driver..Very cool spectator sport imho :drink:

Re: Cool Vid!
I dont think spectating too close would be a good idea. Ill bet they go flying off onto the lawn quite a bit.

Re: Cool Vid!
That type of racing used to come on right before the offshore racing on OLN a couple years ago. I found it more entertaining to watch than the offshore's.

Re: Cool Vid!
Here is the company that makes those boats http://outlaweagle.com/ Those running the rapids are their 16 footers with Merc Jet Drives. They are aluminum with this stuff I've heard called "frogskin" on the bottom to help with the "land hitting".

Re: Cool Vid!
Almost as good as the swamp buggies. Used to see them on ESPN a lot in the old days too. Guess they dropped the "E".
