Re: extreme boat magazine

I did not re-subscribe to this magazine and I have not see it on the news stands in a long time. If you do a search here you will find a lot of people had subscription problems and the magazine would arrive all torn up or missing the cover. I do not know if they ever got it under control. The last few issues I saw a few years ago on the newstand looked nice though.

I am waiting for a magazine to come out and do some real truthful boat testing. A review from a magazine that is not afraid of saying this boat was great at this such and such but horrible at such and such would be refrshing....Oh wait we already have that right here on OSO! :D I want to hear the good and bad, you know a real life test...not some Powerboat Magazine cookie cutter test.

Re: extreme boat magazine

I still get mine, was a little spotty coming in early on but I think they worked it out. IMHO,the best currently on the market with some good articles and nice coverage. I have given up on Hot Boat, they have more silicone than 3M and all the west coast boats look the same,I have given up on Powerboat,if they have 20 major advertisers they have 20 Boat of the Year awards so everyone gets one  Extreme Boats Mag is my favorite. BTW,what ever happened to Family and Performance Mag?

I love the mag, but since the hurricane which was 8 1/2 months ago I have not recieved an issue, or a response back. Even mentioned it to Casey at the Miami show. Very disappointed. Jeff Jassby

Re: extreme boat magazine

I paid for a 2 year script. took months to get an issue to me. I then got 3 issues and thought I was good........and now I haven't recieved another issue for the last 2 months. Great mag if you can get one.

Re: extreme boat magazine

I got mine last week, personally think its the best out there right now, you never really know when its going to show up, I dont believe it is a monthly magizine. I would like to see people support it, looks like they are trying to create a 1st class magizine!

Thanks for the cudos. We try very hard to give you what you want to read.

You'll enjoy the next issue with an article about the Switzer Wings.

Jass and Hi Perf, you have a PM. The subscription issues are a thing of the past.

I've had no problems getting mine for the past year or so. They also now arrive in a plastic bag cover.

It's the only boating mag I buy unless I'm flying or out of town & bored.

I just found out that we have a new fullfillment house that takes care of our subscriptions. All questions should now be directed to.

[email protected] or call 888-881-5861.

PS - the original poster only subscribed three weeks ago. He'll get the next issue.

Thanks for all of your kind words. It makes the effort worthwhile.

You guys tell me, should these girls make the Bikini Section of EBM?

Are they worthy of the honor?

These are the shots that I wouldn't use in the magazine. The others are better, and you'll need to wait to see them in print.

Dave, if you want the full size images, pm me with your email.

I like the magazine, think it's the best in the industry right now. The only problem is the editor keeps some bad company :evilb: :evilb:

Nice camara Casey!

There's a lot of politics when it comes to getting articles done on your boats...if you don't advertise you're not going to get much publicity if any...and they don't trash you too bad because they're afraid you won't advertise later...it's tough to get an honest opinion, that's why the Internet is so great....the forums keep you informed.
