How much prep time was involved with the Design in cad. From the small projects I have had done most of the cost is the design time.

If this was a real job, we would have drawn it in Auto-Cad or Pro-E and I have software that creates the tool path from the drawing. I didn't want to bother my brother-in-law to draw it, so we just programmed it at the machines. Took about 10 minutes to program and burn it on the CNC Plasma, but forever to program the machining center. It only took about 10 or 15 minutes to cut though
Tomorrow will be the fun one to watch being cut. It has all of the holes for the switches and engraving for all of the switches.
