i would have to say Bob Teague and John T. have what i would say my dream job. Waking up every AM knowing there going to be wearing kaki shorts a powerboat t-shirt and sperry topsiders shoes all day blasting the ocean at over 100mph ( most of the time). that would have to be my dream job

Yep Steve definitely has mixed work and play the best you can. It looks easy from the outside but not just anyone could have grown the site to what it is today. Others have tried, but haven't gotten the results.

And that's important to find a good balance. I have told people working with me before "if you don't enjoy what you're doing find something you can. Life is too short to be miserablr." I have always felt that way. I really like what I do and also have some ideas I may be able to pursue to mix biz and pleasure sometime in the future. One is similar to an idea that I confidentially spoke to a friend about and in no time he had a partner and was up and running. I understand it is working out very well for him.
BTW, he is still a friend and I am almost glad he is doing well. I will take mine one step further now and really incorporate a passion of mine!!
I just won't be sharing any info with him until I am up and running.
