This happened to my dad someone got the ebay info and listed some expensive cameras with pictures ripped from other auctions, and websites.
That was easily resolved.
A few months ago I had paid $2100 for two Bravo drives. That took about three months to resolve and I got it all back except for a few hundred in fees, from paypal, ebay, and discover card. <THESE CREEPS BELONG IN JAIL ALONG WITH THE CREDIT CARD COMPANIES> BBB

Im not much of an ebayer at all but my friend is.......we saw this add for a 69 Camaro that was obviously bogus.......it was a $100,000 pro touring show car for like 12 grand.......and you had to send the money to Italy!!!......yeah OK .........anyways my friend wanted to report itand he said he had a really tough time actually doing that (way too many steps and he knows his way around ebay)........he got it done but he said they need to steamline the "report bogus auction" process......the auction was taken down shortly after however.........doug

Come on! This is LEGIT! The boat is at the ebay warehouse in CA, which you can clearly see by going to the website which describes a warehouse located in NJ. With pictures of a buch of other people's stuff for sale which you find out about by contacting a guy in Romania.

Who could doubt such a professional operation?
