I would think that the "loophole" would be...

How much electicity does it take to split the liquid H2O into HHO Gas? I would bet that the laws of physics say that it takes more energy to split the H2O than the HHO gas will produce. :(

It's great for creating a cutting torch, but wasteful when trying to run an internal combustion engine.

HHO gas (Browns Gas) has been around for about 32 to 44 years depnding on patent dates.

There were people that once said elctricity will never catch on.They just couldn't see people running wires to every house. Others said telephones would never work, you need to look at the face of those you talk to. Or else you can never tell when some one is telling the truth.

I hope it works,even if for small engines. That will save more oil for our boats.
