Merc did it for free.....recall so no charge. It was running very rich before, I wouldn't be surprised if a plug is fouling out a little bit.

The lines are always hanging there. Nice and slimy at the bottom.

Dean, of all the fishing I've done in my life, THE most exciting fishing I've ever done was on Sebastion Inlet Jetty when the blues are running. Fishing is ALL I used to do, until I got into this silly hobby. I used to could never see a reason to get in a boat, if you weren't going fishing.

That was what I was expecting the canaveral lock to be like. Then i get in it the first time and we barely move.

Dean was telling me about one in NY that drops 145 ft. NUTS.

On another note, the Poker run might be out for me. I've been tracking something in the motor and it turns out I might have a real problem. I've got oil in the antifreeze tank and the general concencious is a bad head gasket. A buddy of mine is a seasoned auto mech and I'm going to take the boat over there in the morning and we're going to do some testing on it to see if it is a head gasket, but he says that he just doesn't have time to do the work. Any you guys over there hooked up with a mech? Trying not to get butt raped too much on the $ part of it, plus I know these guys are backed up this time of year. Thx and send those pics, I'll do them up tommorrow.
I had a similar problem on my fw cooled 357. Turned out had mixed two different types of anti-freeze and after a bunch of reading discovered that's not good. Tirned the coolant all "muddy" looking. I was convinced it was heat excbnger leak or head gasket--ended up being coolant incompatibility and flused system multiple times and all was well.
