HEY BOB, Geez, been like 2 years since I have talked to you! How you been?
yeah blower whine, there is NOTHING out there that sounds better in my opinion! Well maybe turbines but thats not exactly an everyday sound to most of us in a boat. Amazing when you are out in 2-3 footers and you feel NOTHING, slight bump and just WIND IN YOUR EARS. Face and neck all pushed back from wind, drooling on yourself running out of the corner of your mouth!!!
Freakin AWESOME! And that was about 3 miles offshore
This boat is the BEST!

Thanks MM and Lucy!
No not yet, one thing though I have a Garmin 276C GPS unit and its very VERY slow to react to speeds, takes about 20 seconds to catch up with your boat while its moving. At 4800 or 4900 and a quick glance at the GPS it registered 68 But in all actuality we were probably moving around 8-10 MPH faster than that. Around 70 is where your face starts to peel back some, well we had that and then some at that point and that was in the ICW in flat water, She trims and falls into form so nicely. Also 5 people, tools out the ying yang, full tanks on board so she was weighted down quite a bit. Im sure I could get more out of here with 4 blade props and less weight and less fuel no question but honestly im happy with it. I did not buy this boat to be the running with Reggie Fountain for the fastest V bottom in the world.
Im VERY pleased with its performance and its handling characteristics.
