Yeah, I blew thru two IMCO Extreme's in 20 hrs last year on 720 hp blower motors... junk.

Hoping for better luck with the BMax HT's. But from what I've seen having the front covers off, the upper gears are pretty stout.

This boat has been for sale on and off for 2 plus years. I was going to buy it when I was looking, but there have been some engine issues. Blown head gasket and the motors never ran right. Some engine builder in Cali did the power, but the owner NEVER got it right. He (the builder) wanted $5k plus expenses to come onsite to set it up. I tried to make a deal with the builder to take the power back in trade and get me something a little less agressive and throw me some cash. It was my understanding that they put $120 into the power. He was also throwing in a set of XR drives with the package. Too many ifs, ands, and buts.

I backed out. Good looking boat though. Someone will enjoy it and the repair bills!!

That ad is a couple of years old???

I bought the boat then for $125,000...it did have some engine issues (a couple of fouled plugs) GT Gary Teague built the engines..they had 9 hrs (module verified) when i got it...Gary tuned them and have had no issues since (great engines)...had a shifting issue and blew one drive...waiting on quote on the new HT's from Dean.

The boat has been quite a project...it's almost there

It'l do a 100 pretty easy but I have not pushed it much beyond that??...but 118..that's some of that good old boy BS!!

like Nort's 120/1150 pump gas crap
