Kurt.. I see you are getting to mess around with some neat stuff too.. :) The 540hps are on there way in the Apache you saw at our place.. So far So good.. I hope to have it all done with in the next couple of weeks.. :) Jamie / Lakeside

we believe very strongly in the 540, I believe there are at least 3 motor manufacturers that have teamed up with Konrad with a 800ho/ 800+tq. motor and offering a 1 year warranty. We will be looking to put Raylars new motor with the Konrads on our new boat project without any worries, If Biggus is trying to break them and Ken has a huge tank running a 440 all day long trying to break, they wont break, wiggler midwest performance marine

Mike best part is you can keep the engine a bit more forward due to the tranny, putting the COG forward. Boat should fly more level.

I see Biggus is coming to the Pirates Run on seneca lake next weekend. I want to check out those drives on the Top Gun. I only have about 40 hrs on my TRS's. They were fully redone by Mindi and the Doller Offshore gang. But down the road you never know. I will be taking some pictures.

I have 540/871 blown Chiefs on my Top Gun with 0 problems in two years. Great product.
