Reading posts like this is kinda like reading a blueprint for HOW tp run a successful business: 1) act professionally - if you have policies that are likely to ruffle customer's feathers - post it conspicuously, write it clearly, phrase is kindly 2) treat your customers like royalty - we have the means to earn a living because of their generosity and patronage 3) you can't buy a good reputation -its a word of mouth deal....you CAN buy a rotten reputation, just continue to do what this Mary Ann gal did. And yeah, vote with your dollars.

I see some 6 and most is around 15.The worst think is all the crab pots 
.There 1000's of them. There is no way to miss them at speed, also when your running youll see a PVC pipe and sticks sticking out of the water
