I need to be near the ocean, my main child-hood home was on a beach and miss being a stone toss away from water. I've looked at buying a less extreme motor yacht to live on less expensive over buying water front property and for the price of some weekly charter's you can buy albeit older and smaller 60ft. Hatteras yacht!

This was offered at $280K:

You'd prob. drain quite a few marinas. If they weren't expecting you.
