Looks like everyone had a great time there. Wish I could have made it. My wee little baja would have been no match. But fun none the less. Too bad I was stuck working in rainy weather back here. :(

just got home a little while ago, melinda and i had a great time this weekend. nice meeting all of you. kids had a blast at cedar point on sunday.

i tell you there is nothing like a apache crawl, next time maybe we should leave them on the trailers and trailer them from stop to stop. :rolleyes: :D

It was a great time .. thanks again to Roger and Steph for lettin me be part of the festivities and thanks to all who went for strawberrys shots with us on saturday (I think I bought one and had about 10 :drink: ) Tony, you still owe me a drink :D

Castaway Bay (even tho they charged me double what I was quoted :eek: but it was ok cuz I knew the chick was confused when I made the reservations :D ) was a nice place to stay and Id recommend it .. just stay out of the mud .. and tell your friends when your goin on a midnight mission impossible run to McDonalds :mad: :p :drink:

The Radio Station was down right funny. Let's see I woke up with no hangover Saturday, no even needing water....Just broke a rocker later that day and found the all the little pieces sitting perfectly in the head. Didn't go to jail. SOMEBODY was looking out for me. I think I have become born again in my sleep but I don't know it yet.

Thanks to everyone for posting all the pictures. Looked like a great weekend. Glad to see the Apache run finally happened and hope it continues for years to come. :drink:

Well Rice Hauler and company here.
It was a GREAT WEEKEND. Sparked by Parn and the Michigan Gang (Ancestral Spirit, Allez Vite, etc...). But Fueled by Dennis (The Menace) and the AWESOME POWER of the 39 Ocean Express.
I think that the one really memorable anecdote that occurred was when Dennis turned to me while Drifting in Sandusky Bay admidst the gathered V-Hulls. and asked.
"Do you want me to Lead or do we let 'em Leave and then pick 'em off one at a time?"
Well, We let the all leave and passed everyone by the time we hit Mouse Island.
And You know I don't think that we hit 90 once.....

Yep ... Not the way we wanted things to work out , but ended up having a great time once we got all the turds and resin buckets back on the trailers where they belong ! :rolleyes: I may never live down / repay all the favors from this past weekend , but I owe alotta beer (and thanks) to quite a few from this past weekend ... Mitch, Ben, Steve(Bluemoon), Nykamp, Parn, CJ, and of course Ryan for towing me in with his awesome quad Verado Midnite Express once I lost the second fuel pump :( ... And , as usual ... Jim and Mary for taking care of me AGAIN , and giving me a ride back to Cleveland after putting up with my dumb ars all weekend on their way back to Columbus !!! :eek: We had a ball at Kelleys ( as usual ) and we'll try it again next year .... Thanks Roger and Steph for putting this on ! Dennis ... Sorry I missed ya , hope to see ya next time we're out that way . :drink: RG, Thanks for the pics ! Sorry we couldn't get ya out for that ride ! :rolleyes: BTW folks , heard thru the "grapevine" that as of yesterday ... WickedWon has official changed hands ... Look for it to make some noise , and annoy all the "fast" boats at Smoke next week with a new skipper. :cool: I'll miss ya out there buddy ! :(

Well, team Saber took a beating but all three will be running by Friday. Nothing too major and with our host, Mr. Dietz suppling the beautiful backup boat, Wicked Two, fun was had by all. Nice seeing everyone, thanks Roger, and for anyone that hasn't boated around here, Kelly's island was very cool. The casino is a great bar. Hope everyone has a great summer and you are all welcome up north. Nk :drink:

You heard right.:evilb: We are in the process of figuring out the date so we can avoid interference with other boating events.....Should know something by the end of the week.

Looks like fun!! According to mapquest it is about a 690 mile haul for me. Not sure if I can swing it this year or not. Is that for sure the date?
