Default Props - spinning in or out?

I have a 311 formula. The props are spinning out. I have been told these boats handle better spinning in. What do you guys think?

Generally speaking, on most boats, spinning props out will yield the most stability, and spinning props in will net a slightly greater top speed, but you will sacrifice some stability and dock-handling manners.

Spinning out will provide greater stern lift, spinning in will provide greater bow lift.
