Distgusting in their greed , a cave of robbers, need I say more, ripping off boaters! a set of zincs that I can get for $21 they sell in their stores for $110 and they pay way less.
Why can't I get a nut that bolts over 50 million outdrives on at their store, but they would be glad to sell me suntan oil , sunglasses Gps, etc. We should BOYCOTT them !

People are actually doing just that selling them on ebay !
How about the $85 water pump kit for a 4 Cyl Omc outboard that wholesales for $12. Less than most people can get the just impellor for !

Not many people seems to know this...well at least I didn't for a while....but if you can find an advertisement/website for something that West Marine carries somewhere else for a lower price.....they will match the competitor's price (excluding ebay). I found a set of pioneer speakers that they wanted over 140 bucks for 69.99 on the internet. Emailed them with the website link, they said that the don't even get them at cost for that little, said they pay 72.00 at cost, which is what they sold them to me for! :D Sneaky...yes as they don't make this too widely known...but I would rather order from West Marine then the sketchy company that had them for 70 bucks. Just my $.02

WELL WAY TO LET ME KNOW CIG DAZE! :) ha....but you are right it was very easy to get the lower price all you need to do is be able to prove what it costs elsewhere, and the woman I talked to was very helpful
