2 small runabouts , low speeds ,no alcohol , just a case of not looking aroung enough, also possibility one man was disabled prior to collision. Sad weekend and lifetime for his family , My heart goes out to them. Gentlemen you dont need insurance to own and operate a boat, I chose to have it but at this juncture I could have bought another boat for what ive spent on it! something to think about, also all the insurance on the world will not bring this man back to his family. Have a safe 4th of July, America is the Greatest Country on the planet.
