BEST SERVICE - Double R Performance

I think it needs to be posted!
I blow a drive on my 35 Fountain yesterday on Georgian Bay at about 2:30pm in the afternoon, talked to Raymond at Double R Performance figuring i would just be dropping the boat off. Got to the shop and in an hour i had a new drive on the boat and back ready to go in the water by 6:30pm last night. I can't thank Raymond enough to make sure I had my boat for the long weekend, awesome service!

Thanks again Raymond!

Met Raymond in the hull of my first Fountain 11 pm before poker run on Georgian Bay. Saved my weekend and has done so 10 times since.
No one takes care of his customers more than Raymond. Was in CATASTROPHE'S engine compartment within 15 minutes on Canada Day long weekend checking belt . Proud of his success.
EVERYBODY LOVES RAYMOND

Jay,
Great thread/ post ! Raymond really is deserving of our praise. I have dealt with him now for about 5 years and my experience is just like you describe. He will jump thru all kinds of hoops to get us back on the water as quickly as humanly possible - even on a holiday weekend! We are fortunate to have someone of his experience and caliber looking after our boats. I have always found him to be more than fair in his pricing as well. Sooooo - THANK YOU RAYMOND ROBERTS and DOUBLE R PERFORMANCE !! :D

PS Jay. Just missed you and Todd at the Beckwith Anchorage Saturday. BIG water to get there Sunday with 30 knot winds blowing. Had a ball tho ! Next weekend ?

Re: BEST SERVICE - Double R Performance

I spent an hour there Friday morning. Needed a part to fix the steering ram on my cat. Raymond dug out a part for me, handed me tools and just asked that I return them to hiss tool box when I finnished. He was already running late to be elsewhere but he took the time to get me set up so I could be on the water for the weekend. Never fails to help out when and where he can.
I have the feeling that my better half will be having me take Raymond and his wife Kirsten out for dinner to pay for that one. :) It would have been a scary weekend being stuck at the cottage with everyone's kids and no boat.

Thanks again Pal. :)
