I know someone with that purple 600 efi motor. It looks like an hp 500 with different paint and stickers. He's run the boat for about 2 years and he hasn't had any problems that I know of. I've heard nothing but good stuff about Pfaff motors.

Dean, if you need any of the numbers of the guys pictured above PM me and I'll give them to you so you can talk directly to them about the package.

I remember a post on Hot Boat that got real nasty on some Pfaff motors.

Also I would ask NJSONIC on the Max drives

I have a Pfaff, WhippleCharged 565....LOVE IT !!!...

I live 5 minutes from Pfaff, so the decision was easy for me....although the boat stays in Havasu.....

I also had Max Machine beef-up my Bravo1 drive....

I can't say enough good things about Pfaff & Aaron/Jason at Max....

In my next boat with twins, I will be going with two Pfaff 700 Challenger engines.....Same as the 600's you are talking about....

Here's the 600 Challenger.....

My 565......

PM me if you want to talk further.....

Later,

CJG
