$$$$ value @ LOTO 50' slip

we have a 2 bd 2 bath condo[930 sqft] across the street from the shootout. have been thinking about giving it up. thinking about building a house. we feel it is a pretty unique package with 12x50 & 10x30 slips. from the research we've done we aren't finding much to comp it with. we can't seem to find other complexes that have 50' slips to comp. what do you guys familiar with LOTO think? thanks

steve

a 40 foot slip goes from $20-25K from what I have seen

VB is correct, but most of the 40'+ slips I have seen are at least 14' wide

The 12' width will definitely eliminate a handful of buyers with large cruisers. :(

Agree. I closed in Feb on a townhome in 4 seasons. Got a 18x48 with it for 18K. But I thought it was a steal price. Most other places it would have been much more. But most folks that want 50 foot want more width than 12 ft.
