Shooters on Sunday
 

...I noticed on their website that they stay open til 2 a.m. only on Sunday (and earlier every other day in the week). How late does the crowd stay, and if the crowd clears early, where does everyone go?

Needless to say... we're going to be on vacation, so everyday that week is Saturday for us!!!!! :evilb:

Ive only been there for lunch. At night check out riverfront area (automatic slims, cayote ugly and lots of bars) or blue martini.

Shooter(Bootleggers) is only jumpin for a few hours after the tit...err.....Bikini ....Contest. :rolleyes:

It's good all day though, and pretty decent on weekdays too.

Automatic Slims is heaven in Ft. Lauderdale. Blue Martini is cool if you're looking for a second wife...........like Buyafountain......... :drink:

The Riverfront area is alright everynight BUT Sunday. Sunday night is gay night :mad: :rolleyes: We went there after the hot bod contest not knowing :( It was hard to get Sean H. to leave :drink: :evilb:

Is a TBahama shirt, shorts and sandals adequate attire for ASlims etc.... I really don't want to bring nice pants/shoes etc... Because ----- WE'LL BE ON VACATION!!! :evilb: :evilb: :evilb:

Are those places close to Shooters, and are they also on the water or will we need to take a cab?

not close. ITs on las olas, but west of 1. you can take a water taxi to riverfront. I think there is public docking there, not sure how it works though or if you can at night.

Wear that and you'll be fine.....Shooters in the afternoon, (take a cab) then Blune Martini till about 1 to 1:30, (take a cab) then A Slims till they kick you out, (take a cab) then go to Scarletts on Hallendale Beach BLVD. till they kick you out about 8:30am.....you should be done by then, but if your not............go to the Hard Rock Casino........24 hours.

Blue martini will be decent ona Sunday night, but Slims is best Thurs/Fri/Sat. I'm in if we get a group of peeps to go.

Hook it up.... There's no doubt we'll be there. We're coming in Thur, swinging by TnT/Lip-Ship Fri. to say hello to Phil etc... and pick up FeverFan (who's the only smart one that's flying in), catching lunch at Gilberts and then heading to Holiday Isle thru Sat. night (or Sunday morning - depending on how long the night runs! :drink: ) and then heading back to Laud., meeting Lucky Strike, who's nice enough to lead us to Shooters.

Sun. night we're booked at the Sands Harbor, but keeping the boat elsewhere. So, we'll either need to hitch a ride w/ you guys or directions for a cab (unless yau'll are interested in getting a stretch for the night). Let me know....

Wow!!!! What can I say..... Shooters was everything (and more) than anticipated. As soon as my "non-technical" friend, Gordon, figures out how to download his pic's, we'll post'em.

They grow them well in Lauderdale (or Lickerdale as the Shooters/Bootleggers gang says).

LS/BigChubby/Beak/Cash etc.... If anyone has pic's, post'em.

P.S. --- we never saw you pass us on the turnpike --- slow-poke!!!!! I know it's hard to hang w/ us Texas boys! :D
