Easily done. I currently own a 25 obsession cat ( not as desirable as skater or other high dollar cat ) currently powered by a 555 cid j/ e pro series pistons blower shop 871 blower merlin heads solid roller cam gil 10 qt pan thermostat oil cooler eickert two piece valve covers and flame arrestor. Hanging off the back is a XR drive with 2 inch shorty sportmaster on a ITS box. I pull the kids on a tube and run 100 with the same prop. Put a fast prop on and run a few mph faster. Not the fastest or most expensive boat but i dont cry if someone spills a beer on it, as long as its a coors light. My goal was to run 100 and not work on it every day. With a little sweat and alot of help from knowledgable friends i reached my goal. I boat almost every nice weekend on the potomac river and in the last 3 seasons only a 22 dollar key switch left me stranded. I would sell the boat for half of the mentioned 65 K. 100 mph 65k no problem

Its not gonna happen, unless you find some really old/beat boat with a big engine, and thousands of dollars that you need to spend to repair it As others have said, there are lots of Cats with twin 200-225's that will do it with ease. At least 3 or 4 in the Skater listing here on OSO. WAY under $65K and reliable. |

did at least mid 90s... asking 50-55k. was a 2000 yr model. |
