:p Florida powerboats poker run to the west end Bahamas started out alittle Wet and aliitle rough.About 2 dozen boats were waiting the start but the weather was terrible with RAIN and THUNDER STORMS .Only 2 MTI,s left @ 12:30 then the rest of the boats left shortly after . The ocean was 2-4 with 10 -15 knots Southeast .the gulf was 3-5 with ome swells,but the Pepsi racing #1 Mti,and the RACHELS Mti both made the trip in less than 60 minutes to the west end (old bahama bay resort )We started out at 60 mph than slowly ended up running 3/4 of the trip at 80-100 mph !! Who ever has not taken this trip should try it someday soon !The poker run than on Friday left for the port lucaya resort ,and finally departing for the Abacos.What a great trip !
