Tow vehicle theft resolved in 21 days!
 

As a few of you may know my tow vehicle / work truck ( 04 Dodge 2500 4x4/Cummins ) was stolen on 7/8/06 a mere 21 days ago. Well between my agent Wally Voight of Voight insurance and Auto Owners regional rep Peter Russo they processed the claim and handed me a check for 31k yesterday so I pick up my new tow vehicle today! I really thought this was going to be a long drawn out affair and I am really surprised at the level of service that they stepped up with. My truck was stolen on THE DAY that I was to begin moving into my new home in Fountain Hills AZ, it really put a damper on the party not to mention going on 3 weeks of no lake or ocean action. Only a couple of my OSO brothers are in AZ but Auto Owners is a nationwide company based out of MI and this is the second time they have proven themselves to be a real stand up when you need them kind of company. I'll post some pics of the new ride when I pick her up tonight.

dick, The police say that my truck will wind up in Mexico and be romped across the desert bringing more illegals into the country, see they aren't that stupid after all they know to steal a truck that isn't going to break down in the desert and leave em stranded :evilb:

That is very helpful to get closure so fast. I am surprised myself. Glad it went well for you. That would not be my luck. Just for hitting a deer insurance co dragged it out for 6 weeks.

Not a chance. Ford owners are scared and keep them locked up in a garage. :D :D

Aquaforce, You need a new insurance company! That's unexcuseable.

Good deal. Used to be it was 30 days minimum wait to see if the vehicle was recovered and how much damage was done.
