There is a 38 gun of I would say early 90's vintage sitting on 42 just south of Midas that may be in your price range.

Yup..just saw it there comming back from CPR on saturday.

Also saw that Big Thunder has the 97 TG (blue/white) that was all redone sitting on their lot. Was a boat owned by a OSO member. They are asking $149K for it per the website. Looked very nice in person.
