i usually stay at the phila marine center .rock lobster club is there plus dave and busters and a bunch of other clubs
take the ferry from penns landing no agg.i didnt fell very safe staying at camdens marina plus no night life except for the homeless beggers.

This is your best bet, just more to do on the Phila side, its also safer
