Anyone know where there are any 24 Scorpions "for sale" (Scorpion not Chris Craft) or have seen any (1985-1989 model)? Any condition...complete or tore apart, laying around.

Yeah...I got his number and have talked to him. Can't physically see boat...didn't know if anyone on board lived close. Just don't want any rot. No time to see. He said boat has some bottom paint which is bad, but I'm told it can be removed with a lot of work.

How about this one .. Carrera originaly built the mold , later sold to scorpion .. Could easily be brought back to IO

Too Slow, I saw "Hot Stuff" before the guy in CT had it. I think it was in Maryland before that. It was maybe a year ago. That guy had it for $8,500. 454/400-TRS like you said. Thanks for the reply. Sorry Pantera1...I know the boats are identical (and Carrera was first), but ever since I saw Frank's Marine run in the early 90s...I've been hooked on the 24 Scorpion.

Your talkin about 20+ year old boats, you wont find many super clean ones although the carrera on ebay right now looks pretty well kept and the price is right

There is one for sale in Holland, MI. It's in a for sale by owner lot. Didn't even bother to look for a price. The guy is trying to pass it off for a cigarette. He has cig decals on the hull sides and dash. It's a piece of crap that I wouldn't go anywhere near! Looks like everthing he touched was a cluster****!

I believe I seen that boat sitting forsale on my way to pick up the Saber. I remember seeing the Cig. logo & laughing a bit.
