Cuda has it right too... I have found it best to cut the acid with water by 50% just to be safe... Works a little slower, however, full strength can stain or dull the stainless if not removed ASAP and also makes it easier if you happen to get it on bare skin... Also does a great job taking stains off the bottom if you have had the boat in the water for a couple of days... Hope this helps!!
Thanks, Karl

Cuda needs to brush up on high school chemistry

The mist is brutal but once mixed with chlorine then it makes toxic chlorine gas and that is lethal (mustard gas).
Hydrochloric acid in high concentrations forms acidic mists. Both the mist and the solution have a corrosive effect on human tissue, potentially damaging respiratory organs, eyes, skin and intestines. Upon mixing hydrochloric acid with common oxidizing chemicals, such as bleach (NaClO) or permanganate (KMnO4), the toxic gas chlorine is produced. To minimize the risks while working with hydrochloric acid, appropriate precautions should be taken. For example, water should never be added to the concentrated acid, as the water could boil; rather, acid should be added to water. See references for details

BioKleen Hull cleaner will dissolve it quickly and not hurt it.
Much faster working than LimeAway.
