What poker runs do you know about within 300
miles?

I boat on Lake Jordan mainly because it is close. But I go to Gaston, Norman and Smith Mountain some. I have a Spectre 30 with T500HPs. How about you?

my parents have a place outside of Brevard. were are the good places to go in that area, or are there any?

I am just north of you, I live on SML. Used to live in Raleigh a couple years ago. Also I am planning a OSO gathering (lunch&Beer) at my house the friday of the SML poker run. Sonny, I think we have a mutual friend, Ralph Johnson. I have a 29 fountain and a 32, just bought it, and have a place at Hyco lake in Roxboro. Have been to SML, and Norman with the 29. If you hear of anything close let me know.

Hey guys, I live in Mocksville between Statesville & Winston. We boat mainly on Lake Norman. Currently have a Baja 272, working on a deal for a new 36 Outlaw.
There are two Poker Runs in the works for Lake Norman. One will be by Baja for Baja's only. Contact Carolina Marina for details. The other will be done by a board member, Mike Nichols with BlackThunder Boats. Mike will be at the Charlotte boat show this weekend with a new 46. He will hopefully have all the poker run details.

I live about 20 miles from Brevard and there's nothing out there. Take 276 down the mtn. into SC. Follow the signs to Clemson then you'll be at Lake Hartwell on the north end. Its probably 40 mi. from Brevard.

I live in Asheville and my wife and I have a place on Lake Hartwell. That is where we do most of our boating. We ocasionally go to Lake Murray. Both places have poker runs and both lakes are a blast. Alot of performance boats.

Hey all NC boaters! Dont forget about the Lake Lanier Poker Run in Atlanta in August. Went last year and had a blast. I am putting together the run for Lake Norman, looks like it will be the last weekend in June. Details to follow. I am planning on doing the Lake Murray Run in April, Smith Mountain Lake in May, my run in June, and Lake Lanier in Aug. Would love to get a group or us NC boaters together. I also want to organize a run on the Coast of the Carolina's. Maybe start in Wrightsville beach and run to Charleston SC with a lunch stop in Myrtle. Whos interested? Details to follow. Sonny I live at badin lake and own a DCB Mach 22 with a blown 540, and a 29 fever with a 575sci.

How is Badin? I'm usually at Blews Creek or Jordan. I need to make it to Norman and Smith Mountain this year.

Roger: Raulf Johnson is my neighbor. Can never get him to go on the boat. He must call his mistress "the golf coarse".
