Just watch it that you stay to the high side where the river widens out.
This year most of the stumps are marked.
About 1/2 mile up from the dam there is a sand bar that sticks out about 600 ft on the west side. 100 to 2 ft deep in less than 75 ft.

BROWER is the best ramp on the river.
17 miles of river to run.

I saw this BT there last year,Smitty

Glad you're going to try and make it! Take I-94 east bound until you come into the St. Joseph/Benton Harbor area and then be looking for the I-196 north bound---the sign should say "Grand Rapids/Holland" go about 45 miles or so until you see the express way split and veer right to the "Gerald Ford Freeway" which is still I-196 and the sign will say "Grand Rapids" take it all the way into Grand Rapids until you hit U.S.131 go north (left lane) towards "Cadilac" and then go about another 50 miles or so, then get off at exit #131, then turn left, go under express way bridge until you see a BP gas station (about 1/2 mile or so once you turn off the express way). The BP gas station sits on the corner of the road that takes you to Brower Park---you will take a LEFT on that road and go about 2.5 miles or so unitl it dead ends into Brower Park.

Corey, I don't plan on hammering the booze down all on the first day! :evilb: Well I broke my personal speed record that I set riding on your boat a couple weeks ago in Ricks brand new 33 daytona, 136 gps with throttle left. Have fun at Cumberland.

I am sure Wette Vette will be there he does not post much on here anymore. There will be a 26 AO and a 24 outlaw with him.

Yep just north of Chicago. It's Kirk's old boat. I'll be a slow guy there!

Cool, thanks!
Is that BP station big enough to gas up the boat?
