Heres how to build an airpowered one, I haven't tried it yet but looks safer for use in the boat than one that uses flammable gas.

I used that site to build my air cannon. It is awesome!!! It works really well with limes-they stick in there so tight that they go about 300 yards. Potatoes are o.k. but almost anything works better if you put a wet paper towel around it like a wad. We use a regulated scuba tank(first stage only) to keep it at 130 psi. When it fires it barks!!

E Z TERMS - Repellant? I was thinking about using it as a jetski launcher. If it will throw a car a half-mile, imagine how far a jetski will go. Might be able to hit another jetski with it when it lands, too.
