Harry you are 90 days too early to sell this; we are still in hurricane season, many boats haven't sold yet freeing up cash and most importantly IT HASN'T SNOWED UP NORTH YET!

Haha - you may be right . . . but there has to be someone out there that wants it! Plus, if you're a Realtor, we're offering a $5000 bonus to the selling agent as an incentive. Our house is six miles away from the condo in Palm City, so we get zero use out of it other than as a place to store beach chairs . . .
