Thanks O'Neill Offshore
You hear so much negative about the boat industry I thought I would pass along a good story.
I needed a part for my exhaust and was having a difficult time locating the manufacture. I noticed O'Neill carried the brand. So I called to see if they could help me locate the manufacture.
What I got was the parts and a t-shirt, all shipped to me for free.
Even thought the parts were not expensive, they went out of their way to make me happy even though this was the first time I ever talked to them.
Thanks guys...

Re: Thanks O'Neill Offshore
I spoke to Fionn once when I was looking for headers for my boat. I probably talked to him for an hour one night about old Fountains. Seems like a good guy. The only reason I didn't buy them from him was I was concerned with fitment and we are on opposite coasts. For a smaller item, I would use O'Neill Offshore.

Thanks for the nice words guys!
Tim, I'm glad you got the parts and the "T" ok and thanks for the referral.
We do what we can but sometimes the distance makes certain things impractical. I completely understand the issue with the headers and would have done the same thing. Headers are hard to get right as is is and not being able to measure them up myself makes me nervous.
Thanks again,
Fionn
