Lake of Ozarks, what are those blue lights on the shorelines?

At the Ozarks last weekend many homes had bright blue lgihts on the shorelines. Are those LED? I would love to have those at my home. Any idea where to get those?

Party bulbs. Standard base bulb, flourescent , long life. They come in many colors, blue is the cheapest. Home Depot has them here for about $4.50 ea.

If you have trouble finding them I will pick you some up and ups them to you, if you like.
