Looking for ' Scott Coleman ' (benign info needed)

I bought a set of props that he had Throttle Up do some reconditioning work on in April of 2005.

They are 28P Bravo 1 4-blades.

I am curious as to who originally labbed them, if there was any pitch or cup change, what application they were labbed for, and what the change over stock might have been.

Anyone know the guy?
