anyone still looking for Todd Cimmino?
 

hello all was searching around on ebay today and noticed and auction

i thought i read something where someone else purchased the "hawk power" name and was doing biz separate from todd and if this is his auction i apoligize and i'll remove imed but i noticed that it stated to send check to such and such emergency concil inc which is who i made the money order out to with my run in with him. just thought it was funny (not really) since it was a name i haven't heard in a while i figured someone had got ahold of him by now and chopped him up in little pieces and floating around the everglades somewhere.

Yeah, he probably sold one flame arrestor under the current account. Kevin on OSO got Todd's stuff for back debt. I guess several sets of HAWK POWER valve covers are better than nothing. I have 2 pair as a reminder that not every thing is as it might seem. Joe Murray

I thought someone would have beat the @#$# out of him by now. I wish he would come to NJ. My friends at the Prosecutors office would love to talk to him...

It appears Todd Cimmino is at it again, under the name Smith Power. I'm not positive it's him, but the contact information matches his other company's: Marsalvor's.

This guy is listed as a principle in 28 Florida corpororations including Emergency Council which was dissolved by the state for failing to file reports. Nothing but SHADY.
