Default "Serious boating question" - problem with the thread

Hmmm... I click on the moved thread titled "Serious boating question", mostly to see why a serious boating question is not in the General Boating Discussion forum, and it tells me that I have to be a Gold or Platinum member to access thread.

Of course, I *am* a gold member, and have the credit card bill to prove it

Any ideas, OSO gods?

It is under admin review, only admins can see the section it is in. I believe that same errror messages says it could be under admin review but there is so much customization to the site I can not recall it all.
