I've got a deposit on a boat there, would consider buying a full blown survey but might also be good with someone technically competent killing 1-2 hrs on site inspecting and going for a ride.

My good friend Jeff, AKA "SteelOutlawed" here on the board lives there. He is on Hartwell all this weekend. I'll tell him to get in touch with you. He knows boats and would be glad to help I'm sure.

How's Arkansas?

I was born and raised in Hot Springs and have a lot of family and friends there. Use to boat on Quachita and Hamilton.

We've been here in the Fayetteville area for 13 yrs, great place to live, lucky enough to have a place right on Beaver lake with a community dock, roof, lift etc.
