Beep, Beep, Beep?????
I have an '03 33 Baja Outlaw w/ 496HO's. While running pretty hard in the ocean in 2- 4 ft. had the whistles come on. Checked all gauges, all fine and immediately shut down. Turned batteries off and checked all fluids, all good. Turned batt.'s back on and off I went for another 1 hr. and on it came again. Followed same procedure and all was well? I guess again. Ran the boat again this past weekend and same thing happened. Any ideas? TIA.

Re: Beep, Beep, Beep?????
On a Formula I had, the bilge pump under the cabin entry step "it was stuck on". There is a little button to push or slide to get it "unstuck"! good luck

Re: Beep, Beep, Beep?????
Most of the time it is the gear lube monitor. But if you eliminate that, there are 27 other things that set off the beep. Eliminate the gear lube ,then get a Merc dealer to plug in his scan tool.Shouldn't cost a lot,and then you will know for sure. But 99% of our problems are gear lube. :p
