Mccosukee Cat driver Lost?

I saw a cat around 30', twin outboards, with Mccosukee on the side yesterday, early evening, 6-7 PM. I know the Ocean City, Md races were this weekend, but where I saw the boat- the driver had to be lost, I would think.
He was on Kirkwood highway, at Rt 41, going (southwest) towards Newark, De. Seemed like an unusual place to be.
I noticed there was no canopy on the boat, but all the pics I see show it having a canopy.
Anyone with any info?

The driver lives in Newark DE. must be coming back from NYC. race.
